Media Access Terms & Conditions

In submitting this form, I agree that I indemnify and hold harmless the Sport & Entertainment Corporation of Maryland dba The Races at Fair Hill presented by Brown Advisory, each Federation, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources/Venue and all their respective members, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, suits, actions or proceedings brought by myself (or anyone or any entity acting on my behalf or in my place), or any third-party for injury, loss of life, or damage to or loss of use of property caused or alleged to be caused by my actions (or omissions) on or about the premises and which rise out of my performance, or failure to perform, as specified in this agreement. I (on behalf of my estate and my heirs) further release all such parties from any and all claims arising in connection with the Event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Integrity and Betting: To protect the integrity of the sport and its events, a media outlet and/or any of its representatives issued a media credential shall not capture, collect, distribute or provide to any third party any results, data, content (including any recordings) or information at or from the Event, or use, distribute or provide to any third party any data provided by the Event under these Media Credential Regulations, for purposes of, or in connection with, any Betting. Further, a media outlet and/or any of its credentialed representatives shall not provide Inside Information to any third party that it knew would be used, or should have known would be used, for Betting on the Event.

I also acknowledge that the decision of who does or does not receive a media credential is at the sole discretion of the Event Management and agree that should I be granted a media credential to the 2025 The Races at Fair Hill presented by Brown Advisory, I will follow all of the Event’s policies and procedures. I acknowledge that any violation of Event policies is cause for revoking my credential and possible legal action.
