Cecil County 4-H All-Stars
Funds benefit the Cecil County 4-H All-Stars whose purpose is to serve and support the Cecil County and Maryland 4-H programs. These funds specifically support the Cecil County Breeders Fair 4-H Spring Animal Shows. The Cecil County Breeders Fair animal shows have been in existence since 1934 as long as the Fair Hill races. Today, the Cecil County Breeders Fair offers an opportunity for local 4-H members to showcase their animal projects. 4-H provides hands-on opportunities for all youth ages 5-18 to develop life skills through project work.
